Part of my service includes an initial no obligation consultation in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit with a cake tasting. Once you have decided on your cake and design I will draw a sketch and supply ribbon, trimming samples for your final approval.
Delivery and set up of the wedding cake on the day is included in the price.
The design of your cake can be as simple or ornate as you wish. It can include colours to match your dress, flowers or even themes such as sport or hobbies.
I can also make individual Bride and groom caricatures for your cake , which can be kept as keepsakes after the special day.
Optional extras include
Postal slices of the cake - a slice of your cake with a passport sized photo, sent to those people that couldn’t attend on your big day. From £3.50 ( includes UK postage).
Kitchen cakes - a cake in the flavour and covering of your wedding cake, Although as the name suggests it is not on show and is therefore not decorated. This is ideal if you have a large number of guests or a smaller budget.
Wedding Cookie favours - individual hand decorated gingerbread cookies, in a cellophane bag and tied with a ribbon. Starting at £1.45.
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings, the balance is payable two weeks before the wedding day.
